BJ Turi's Birthday Party

Thanks Dean and Sue for some delicious additions to our menu. Everyone loved the potatoes, my sister-in-law said tell Dean they're a "10". They were cooked to perfection and super tasty. The chicken was also great, delicious and moist with a nice tangy BBQ sauce . On another occasion, I was able to sample the mac and cheese and ribs. Both were great. I like to cook but there's no way I can make ribs like these. The smokey flavor is amazing, They're "fall off the bone" goodness, best we've ever had! Thanks guys, we'll be ordering for our next party. Keep up the good work. Sue and BJ



Labor Day Picnic at Jill and John Condoluci’s         9/1/2012

“I can’t thank you enough for the delicious BBQ yesterday. The rig was very impressive with the smoker setup. But the best part was the food. Hands down the best pulled pork ever! The chicken was also cooked to perfection and moist and delicious. I didn’t have room for a burger, but I had a bite and it was delicious as well. The amount of preparation and cooking that went into it blew me away. Thanks again!!!”

My husband and I attended a barbeque on Labor Day weekend catered by Lil’ Saint Pignic. The pulled pork was tender and full of flavor! We also loved the homemade barbeque sauce. It was the perfect balance of sweet and tangy. Everything was prepared in a timely and professional manner. Out of the many barbeque options in our area we would choose Lil’ Saint Pignic every time for our barbeque catering!
